This leadership course is ideal for new or experienced managers in any function who want to become better leaders. Because management requires analysing complex challenges, participants should expect to grapple with ambiguous situations that do not have simple solutions

No-Show Policy for LSB MBA Students/Alumni
Registration for this program is free of charge for LSB MBA Students/Alumni. However, in order to ensure responsible use of limited seats and respect for the commitment involved in program delivery, a no-show fee of EUR 50 will apply to participants who fail to attend the program without having notified the Executive Education team in advance.
To summarize:
Attendance: No charge will be applied.
Cancellation with prior notice: No charge will be applied, provided the Executive Education team is informed at least 3 business days before the program start date.
No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): A fee of EUR 50 will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of registration within 5 business days following the program date.
By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this no-show policy.
Faculty
Dr Mirna Korican Lajtman is a Professor at the Luxembourg School of Business and the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. With over two decades of expertise, she has provided strategic consulting to prestigious organisations, including the European Investment Fund, MOL, PwC, TEVA and Samsung. She has directed MBA programs, contributed to various EU projects, and lectured at institutions such as St. Ambrose University (USA), John Carroll University (USA), ESB Business School (Germany), and Vilnius University (Lithuania), among others.

Tax Deductibility for an individual
Any taxpayer with net income from a salaried occupation may deduct the cost of professional development as business expenses (frais d’obtention) from their taxable income from the salaried occupation. Further training expenses which are related to the taxpayer’s current activity fall within the scope of the acquisition costs of article 105 of the ITA and are therefore deductible from taxable income.
