Our faculty consists of academics, executives in multinationals and entrepreneurs. You will learn from and be challenged by professors who bring industry experience and academic expertise to the classroom. This balance of practical and theoretical knowledge delivers relevant learning to our MBA students.
The Weekend-MBA is designed to offer maximum flexibility to full-time working professionals with all the benefits of a face-to-face MBA program. This combination results in a dynamic program that reinforces participants’ careers and develops their skills and competencies.
As an MBA student, you will be exposed to experienced professionals working in various industries in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Through collaborative projects, you will gain insights and fresh perspectives from your classmates. This exposure will also forge bonds that will expand your professional network.
Develop key skills and knowledge to succeed in leadership roles upon completion of our program. Our Graduates are promoted to higher-level positions and have increased their salaries.
Our schedule allows our MBA candidates to continue working while studying to enable them to promptly apply the new knowledge on their jobs.
Students will connect with other executives, managers, and business leaders. They will collaborate and share experiences with peers from diverse backgrounds, which can lead to valuable opportunities.
Our MBA candidates will become thorough leaders, better communicators, and more confident decision makers through leadership courses, and personal development workshops.
Network with your peers by participating in short Executive Education programs, in Finance, Leadership, Innovation, or Marketing without any additional fees.
The Weekend MBA offers the opportunity to obtain two Master’s degrees in the same time with our AASCB accredited partner: Boston University.
Each year LSB organizes a study trip abroad to Singapore, Dubai, and New York, among others, allowing students to discover new businesses and cultures.
The program ends with an immersive consulting project providing students the opportunity to apply all their knowledge on a project for a real company.
The electives in M&A and Restructuring, Private Equity, Risk Hedging & Investor Relations will allow students to better understand the financial world and its recent trends.
The duration of the program is 24 months, with classes taking place two weekends per month* (Fridays from 6pm to 9pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm).

Leadership is not something that can be simply contained in one MBA course. The MBA program was designed so that each of the six modules opens up with a different leadership course, helping students explore different perspectives on what it means to lead.
Leadership course with the Luxembourgish Army
Supervised by the Luxembourgish Army General Staff, students will complete a two-day workshop in order to improve their team leadership skills in a challenging environment.
Regatta race competition
As part of the leadership journey, MBA students participate in a regatta race at the Belgian or Dutch Coast. Throughout this experience, our participants learn how to communicate a clear vision and work as a team under the pressure of a sailing competition in a completely unknown and challenging environment.
Consulting Project
The MBA concludes with a consulting project whereby groups of students work on solving real-life issues for real companies operating in Luxembourg or abroad. This project requires the students to combine many previously-learned concepts and apply them in practice while working as a team. The Consulting Project is led and overseen by two LSB faculty members.
Mentorship program
The mentorship program is a unique opportunity for new participants to be onboarded by current MBA students. The new students will receive coaching and guidance in order to make the transition smoother and get advice on best practices to follow the MBA program.
