The Manager’s Toolbox course focuses on equipping participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed for effective team leadership and managerial success. No-Show Policy for LSB MBA Students/Alumni
Registration for this program is free of charge for LSB MBA Students/Alumni. However, in order to ensure responsible use of limited seats and respect for the commitment involved in program delivery, a no-show fee of EUR 50 will apply to participants who fail to attend the program without having notified the Executive Education team in advance.
To summarize:
Attendance: No charge will be applied.
Cancellation with prior notice: No charge will be applied, provided the Executive Education team is informed at least 3 business days before the program start date.
No-show (failure to attend without prior notice): A fee of EUR 50 will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of registration within 5 business days following the program date.
By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this no-show policy.

Faculty

Jeff Steiner is a Clinical Associate Professor of Management at the Stern School of Business at New York University Abu Dhabi. He has taught a wide variety of management and leadership courses at the undergraduate, graduate and executive levels from both Stern’s New York and Abu Dhabi campuses, including Leadership in Organizations, Professional Responsibility, and Managing Change.

Prior to and alongside his academic career, Professor Steiner worked extensively in the fields of Human Resources and Executive Coaching. Previously, he was the COO of Global Talent Development at Morgan Stanley in New York and an Executive Coach for Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Broadly, his professional interests lie at the intersection of work and well-being, focusing on issues of the Employee Experience (“EX”). His current work explores how organizations and their leaders can more effectively harness employee listening programs.

Professor Steiner received his PhD in Organisational Behaviour from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

• Tax Deductibility for individual

Any taxpayer with net income from a salaried occupation may deduct the cost of professional development as business expenses (frais d’obtention) from his taxable income from the salaried occupation. Further training expenses which are related to the taxpayer’s current activity fall within the scope of the acquisition costs of article 105 of the ITA and are therefore deductible from taxable income.
