The starting point of your career

The first Master in Management in Luxembourg is a 24-month full-time program. Students can specialize in Financial Management, Data Analytics, Strategic Talent Management or Digital Business and Finance. This program combines a 6-month paid internship and career workshops to kick-start graduate's careers in Luxembourg.

4 Specializations

During the Master in Management, students choose among 3 specializations, all highly demanded by employers in Luxembourg.

  • The Financial Management Track prepares graduates for professional careers in the financial sector, including banking, corporate finance, and investments. Finance professionals are highly sought after, often following career paths that lead to senior-level roles in organizations.  
  • The Data Analytics* Track prepares future managers to apply the tools of modern data science to solve real-world business problems. Our lecturers are experts from academia alongside experienced practitioners from digital marketing, financial security, and Fintech, to mention a few.
  • The Strategic Talent Management* Track integrates Human Resource (HR) Management and Organizational Development to prepare graduates for careers managing others, including HR professionals.
  • The Digital Business and Finance Track with our Partner H Farm in Italy. Being able to tackle the challenges imposed by the digital transformation of the financial sector. This innovative track is designed for people who understand the impact digitalization has on finance and businesses, and are willing to lead their future or current organization through crisis, leveraging innovation.

Faculty of the Master in Management

Academic Director of the Master in Management and Professor of Organizational Development at the Luxembourg School of Business, where she teaches courses in Strategic Talent Management. In addition to teaching at the LSB, she serves as a visiting faculty at ESAN University in Peru, the University of Padova, and Fondazione CUOA in Italy. Professor Felker teaches courses in Leadership, Managing Expatriates, International Human Resource Management, Employer Branding, and Organizational Change. Her research interests include the mobility of young professionals in the European Union and managing careers.

She has been an International Marketing Manager for Coty Lancaster in Paris, Marketing director of PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Luxembourg, Marketing Director of Grupo Pi (TV & film distributor).

Pau Virgili, professor of Marketing at Esade, is an expert in new technologies, management, and marketing. Previously, he was the General Manager of Marketing Europe at HP FMCG and Marketing Manager Europe at Plantronics. Pau has created technology companies in the areas of mobile-business and online marketing and has carried out consultancy projects in consumer relations management for HP, Nike, Coca Cola, and others.

Nikol Šćrbec, MBA is a Finance and Accounting department assistant and Conferences and Events Project Manager at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. She is currently a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at the Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. Nikol graduated in economics and management in 2014 from ZSEM, she gained her international experience during student exchange at Neoma Business School in France. She obtained her MBA degree in Finance and Banking at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2015.

Kim M. Adamsen has more than 35 years of management experience as CFO, COO, and CEO in both private for-profit-companies, as well as from political organisations. During his career, Kim M. Adamsen managed staff from 5 to more than 300 employees. He also has an experience as External Lecturer in Performance Management and Management Accounting at the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and at Louvain School of Business, Belgium.

Dr. Giulia Negri is Fellow of the Corporate Finance and Real Estate Department and Business Developer of Central Europe at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Fellow at BAFFI Carefin (a Finance Research Unit) at Bocconi University. She is Associate Professor of Finance at Luxembourg School of Business. She has been working on national and international research projects, among others, with JP Morgan Private Banking, PwC, Parmalat, Assiteca, IBM and Prysmian. She has also worked with industrial and business representation associations. She is member of the Executive MBA Faculty at SDA Bocconi where she teaches Corporate Finance and where she has been coordinating the Finance Week from 2018 through 2020. She is also engaged in tailor-made Executive Education.

Milan Belojević, MBA is an adjunct lecturer at Luxembourg School of Business. In his professional career, he led the business development for the Croatian Family office of the Luksic Family for over 5 years until he left his position as Investment Director in 2019 to move to Berlin. He is currently the managing director of two private elderly care homes as well as being the managing director and majority owner of an asset management firm and a financial consulting firm, all based in Berlin. He started his academic career as a teaching assistant and later lecturer with the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and was later an adjunct lecturer at the IAE Nice Graduate School of Management (part of Université Nice Sophia Antipolis in Nice, France) teaching Corporate Finance at the MBA level from 2014 - 2019.

David W. Versailles is currently a Visiting Full Professor of corporate strategy and innovation management at Luxembourg School of Business and a Full Professor of strategic management at Paris School of Business in Paris, France, where he co-heads the newPIC chair (“new Practices for Innovation and Creativity”) with Prof. Valerie Mérindol. He is also the General program officer for the Special interest group (SIG) on Innovation for the European Academy of Management (EURAM), and an organizer of the standing track on digital innovation in EURAM annual conference. David W. Versailles holds a Doctorate and the Habilitation to supervise research in economics (respectively University Aix Marseille 3 and University of Nice). He is a Founding Partner in ISK Consulting SA (located in Luxembourg), and the managing director of this company. He is active at the same time as a faculty, as research supervisor, as consultant, and as coach or mentor for startups and SMEs.

Gordana Barić Pisarović, mag.math., is an invited faculty member at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM) since 2002 where, over the years, she has been a lecturer in courses Elementary mathematics, Mathematics 1, Mathematics 2, Statistics 1 and Statistics 2. She is also invited faculty member at the Luxembourg School of Business since 2020 where she has created and taught courses Business Mathematics Bootcamp and Statistics Bootcamp. She obtained her bachelor degree and master degree, both in mathematics, from the Department of Mathematics, University of Zagreb. Before joining the faculty team at ZSEM, she was a math teacher at the XV. Gymnasium (1998-2001), the most prominent mathematical gymnasium in Croatia. She also taught at two other high schools (2001-2002) in Zagreb, Croatia.
