The first Master in Management in Luxembourg is a 24-month full-time program. Students can specialize in Financial Management, Data Analytics or Strategic Talent Management. This program combines a 6-month paid internship and career workshops to kick-start graduate's careers in Luxembourg.

3 Specializations

During the Master in Management, students choose among 3 specializations, all highly demanded by employers in Luxembourg.

  • The Financial Management Track prepares graduates for professional careers in the financial sector, including banking, corporate finance, and investments. Finance professionals are highly sought after, often following career paths that lead to senior-level roles in organizations.  
  • The Data Analytics* Track prepares future managers to apply the tools of modern data science to solve real-world business problems. Our lecturers are experts from academia alongside experienced practitioners from digital marketing, financial security, and Fintech, to mention a few.
  • The Strategic Talent Management* Track integrates Human Resource (HR) Management and Organizational Development to prepare graduates for careers managing others, including HR professionals.

Faculty of the Master in Management

Academic Director of the Master in Management and Professor of Organizational Development at the Luxembourg School of Business, where she teaches courses in Strategic Talent Management. In addition to teaching at the LSB, she serves as a visiting faculty at ESAN University in Peru, the University of Padova, and Fondazione CUOA in Italy. Professor Felker teaches courses in Leadership, Managing Expatriates, International Human Resource Management, Employer Branding, and Organizational Change. Her research interests include the mobility of young professionals in the European Union and managing careers.

Lecturer of Marketing at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Dr. Branch holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. During his career, he has also conducted management training with numerous international companies, including Mercedes Benz, Oracle, DELL, Coca-Cola, Michelin, Ericsson, and Nestlé.

Professor at the Luxembourg School of Business teaching in the MBA program, the Master in Management program and a variety of executive education programs. Darryl has a Ph.D. in Business from Duke University and has worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. His specialty is building trust. Darryl’s Ph.D. thesis was entitled “Building Trust in Hostile Environments”.

With 20 years of leadership experience in IT, Marketing, Strategy, and Human Resources, and especially as former SVP Competence Management at Deutsche Telekom. Marion Bourgeois has a university degree in physics and then did her Ph.D. in France. She is a certified Coach (EMCC) and Business Mediator (University of Nancy, France).

Dr. Ariel Shwayder is a Lecturer of Business Economics at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He received a B.A. in mathematics with honors from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in economics from Northwestern University. Prior to academia, Ari has worked for McKinsey and Company in Boston as a management consultant advising clients in insurance, banking, and other fields, as well as in government.

Dr. Jonathan Read has taught as a Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School, leading courses at the MBA, MFin and MPhil levels, and as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School in New York. He is a Professor of Finance at the Luxembourg School of Business for the Weekend MBA and the Master in Management. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge.

Mercedes Segura, MBA from ESADE and Cems Master from HEC-Paris, is a lecturer at ESADE and LSB where she teaches Oral Communication and Marketing. She has been an International Marketing Manager for Coty Lancaster in Paris, Marketing director of PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Luxembourg, Marketing Director of Grupo Pi (TV & film distributor).

Pau Virgili, professor of Marketing at Esade, is an expert in new technologies, management, and marketing. Previously, he was the General Manager of Marketing Europe at HP FMCG and Marketing Manager Europe at Plantronics. Pau has created technology companies in the areas of mobile-business and online marketing and has carried out consultancy projects in consumer relations management for HP, Nike, Coca Cola, and others.

Nikol Šćrbec, MBA is a Finance and Accounting department assistant and Conferences and Events Project Manager at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. She is currently a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at the Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. Nikol graduated in economics and management in 2014 from ZSEM, she gained her international experience during student exchange at Neoma Business School in France. She obtained her MBA degree in Finance and Banking at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2015.

Kim M. Adamsen has more than 35 years of management experience as CFO, COO, and CEO in both private for-profit-companies, as well as from political organisations. During his career, Kim M. Adamsen managed staff from 5 to more than 300 employees. He also has an experience as External Lecturer in Performance Management and Management Accounting at the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, and at Louvain School of Business, Belgium.
