On Tuesday, March 21st, Luxembourg School of Business hosted had the honour of welcoming our Minister of Finance, HE Yuriko Backes, the first female Minister of Finance of Luxembourg and 1 of the 9 female Ministers of Finance in the EU 👩💼
This exclusive event was attended by Students, Alumni, and Faculty of the School.
During the conference, Minister Backes gave an enlightening speech about how politicians and Nations have to work jointly to overcome the global crisis, remembering how we all have a responsibility towards countries that are directly impacted by conflicts and struggles. 🌍
The conference was a significant milestone for the Luxembourg School of Business, which recently welcomed Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, the first female Croatian president. These events highlight the school’s commitment to promoting women’s leadership, reducing inequalities, and creating a more inclusive workplace.
