Thierry Lohest

Thierry Lohest teaches a course in Business Law within the MBA program at the Luxembourg School of Business and is a member of the LSB Advisory Council. Thierry is also a Partner at Loyens & Loeff, largest Dutch law firm, where he specializes in corporate law, corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, securities regulations, and banking and finance matters.

Thierry has represented clients in numerous cross-border transactions, either public or private, including major public takeover bids and listings of securities on Euronext, Nasdaq, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the London Stock Exchange.

Thierry is a member of the Brussels Bar and Luxembourg Bar and is registered as a foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.
