Nikol Šćrbec, MBA
Nikol Šćrbec, MBA is a Finance and Accounting department assistant and Conferences and Events Project Manager at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. She is currently a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at the Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. Nikol graduated in economics and management in 2014 from ZSEM, she gained her international experience during student exchange at Neoma Business School in France. She obtained her MBA degree in Finance and Banking at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in 2015. Her graduate thesis was Mergers and Acquisitions: Comparative study between the world’s and Croatian most notable M&A. In 2017, she finished International Faculty Development Program at the IESE Business School, Universidad de Navarra in Barcelona, Spain. Nikol is a coauthor of the research paper Does it Payoff to Research Economics? A Tale of Citation, Knowledge and Economic Growth in Transition Countries published in Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications with the impact factor of 2.243
