Julie Felker, DBA is a Professor at the Luxembourg School of Business, whereby she teaches Strategic Human Resource Management related subjects. She is also a faculty affiliate and senior organizational development consultant for the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, where she delivers management education programs and provides technical assistance in developing economies, most recently in the Philippines, Rwanda, and Algeria. In addition to teaching at the Luxembourg School of Business, she serves as a visiting faculty at ESAN University in Peru, the University of Padova, and Fondazione CUOA in Italy. At Ventspils University in Latvia, she is a member of the International Advisory Board and is a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Regional Development (CEIRD). Professor Felker teaches courses in Leadership, Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Organizational Change.
