Dr. Borna Jalsenjak

Dr. Borna Jalsenjak is the Vice Dean for Research and Faculty Development at LSB. He received his doctoral degree in philosophy and management from the University of Zagreb in 2014. Currently, he teaches courses in business ethics and leadership.

Besides LSB, Also, he is serving as an invited faculty member and researcher at Zagreb School of Economics and Management (Croatia); Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies, University of Zagreb (Croatia), and College of Busines of St. Ambrose University (US). Dr. Jalsenjak’s research interests are in business ethics and corporate social responsibility and the cross-section between leadership (especially theories of motivation) and philosophy (especially philosophical anthropology).

At the moment, he is part of 14 countries international research project “CSR Education and Research in Central and Eastern Europe” supported by the International Association for Business and Society. The project lead is the University of Sussex. Dr. Jalsenjak is a holder of scientific appointment from Republic of Croatia (Rank: Research associate) and teaching and scientific appointment from University of Zagreb (Rank: Docent / Assistant professor).
