Prof. Johan Roos

Johan Roos is a scholar, author and advisor. He has held senior academic leadership positions including President of Copenhagen Business School, Dean of MBA Programs of the Stockholm School of Economics, Dean of Jönköping International Business School, and Global CAO of Hult International Business School.

He is also the co-inventor of the globally adopted LEGO® Serious Play® methodology and has spent more than three decades exploring how organisations think, learn, make decisions and renew themselves. His latest book, Human Magic: Leading with Wisdom in an Age of Algorithms (Routledge, 2026), examines how leaders can strengthen distinctly human capabilities—including curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration—in an increasingly AI-driven world.
