Luxembourg School of Business Announces Expanded Executive Leadership Team

Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) announces the formation of an expanded executive leadership team, marking an important step in the school’s continued institutional growth.
Four recently appointed executives have joined LSB: Sebastian J. Olivera, Head of Executive Education; Melinda Magyar, Chief Financial Officer; Didier Bouvet, Chief Recruitment and Admissions Officer; and Andrew Dalik, Chief Marketing Officer.
The expanded leadership team brings decades of combined experience in higher education and industry. Their expertise strengthens LSB’s organizational structure, enhances leadership and decision-making capabilities across key functions, and supports the advancement of LSB’s mission of providing an inspiring and multicultural learning environment for leaders across Luxembourg, Europe, and the world.
Sebastian J. Olivera, Head of Executive Education, is an LSB MBA alumnus with over 20 years of experience in senior finance and executive roles across FinTech, payments, oil and gas, SaaS, and multinational holdings in Europe, the Americas, and Africa. A CFO-level executive and seasoned educator, he has combined financial leadership with keynote speaking and teaching throughout his career. He is the founder of the Uruguayan FinTech Chamber and the Ibero-American FinTech Alliance.
Melinda Magyar, Chief Financial Officer, brings more than a decade of financial leadership experience in global higher education and the private equity industry in Luxembourg. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an LSB MBA alumna, she specializes in international financial management, tax, and IFRS, and has been an active educator in accounting and taxation since 2016.
Didier Bouvet, Chief Recruitment and Admissions Officer, has over 20 years of international experience in higher education leadership across admissions, enrollment management, and global partnerships. He most recently served as Director of International Affairs at Galileo Global Education. Earlier roles include senior positions at SKEMA Business School, Audencia Business School, and Admissions Dean at Roger Williams University in the United States.
Andrew Dalik, Chief Marketing Officer, joins LSB following more than 11 years at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, most recently as Head of Marketing and Talent Acquisition for MBA programs. He previously served as MBA Admissions Manager at Copenhagen Business School and is a regular contributor to industry forums through organizations including GMAC and EFMD. He holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania, with research focused on reputation management in higher education.
LSB is the first business school in Luxembourg accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. This expanded leadership team reflects the school’s ambition to build on that foundation as it enters its next phase of development.
