Leadership Course with the Luxembourg Army

Leadership becomes visible when the environment is unfamiliar, the pressure increases, and the team depends on your decisions.

This July, our MBA students stepped outside the classroom for the latest leadership course organized in collaboration with the Luxembourg Army. 

Placed in a challenging and unfamiliar setting, participants had to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, assume responsibility, and work toward a shared objective. The experience showed that leadership is never only about the person making the decisions. It is also about building trust, creating cohesion, and helping the entire team perform.

These are difficult capabilities to develop through theory alone. Experiential learning gives our students the opportunity to observe their own behavior in real time: how they respond to uncertainty, how clearly they guide others, and how their decisions affect the people around them. 

This practical approach is an important part of the leadership journey within our MBA programs, helping experienced professionals strengthen their team leadership skills through practice and reflection.

Because a leader is not defined by being at the front of the group, but by the ability to move the whole group forward.
