DESCRIPTION:Register Here\n  \nOverview\nEach industrial revolution has brought initial improvements for customers\, which are then followed by improvements for the workers. The automation from Industry 3.0 turned luxury goods into attainable purchases for most households\, and for the workers\, improved safety and working conditions. Yet\, whilst the digital age of industry 4.0 has revolutionised our experience\, the managerial and knowledge workers who are powering this revolution are suffering from reduced rates of job satisfaction and increased rates of burnout.
