DESCRIPTION:Overview\nThis programme introduces an evidence-based approach to understanding and influencing behaviour in organisational change. \nParticipants examine why well-designed strategies around AI adoption\, compliance\, sustainability\, or productivity often fail in practice. The focus moves beyond motivation to the organisational conditions that shape action\, including processes\, tools\, incentives\, norms\, and timing. \nThrough applied case work\, participants learn to identify behavioural barriers and design practical solutions that make change easier and more likely to last. \nProgram Objectives\n\nDistinguish clearly between strategic goals\, desired outcomes\, and the specific behaviors required to achieve them.\nAnalyse organizational contexts to identify systemic barriers and enablers of behavior change.\nApply a structured behavioral design approach to common change challenges (e.g. AI adoption\, compliance\, sustainability\, productivity).\nDesign and evaluate interventions that focus on changing decision environments\, not just attitudes or intentions.\n\nWho should attend\n\nSenior executives shaping culture and driving organisational change in practice.\nExperienced managers stepping up to lead teams\, managers\, and transformation.\n\n⚠️ Important for International Participants\nThis course is delivered in person in Luxembourg.\nParticipants who need a visa or travel authorisation are fully responsible for obtaining it before registering.\nLSB does not provide visa invitation letters or any supporting documents for short-course participants.\nLSB is not liable for visa refusals\, delays\, or inability to travel. \n \n⚠️ Important Notice for LSB MBA Students/Alumni: \nMBA students/Alumni who register for this course will be placed on a waiting list. \nEnrollment is not guaranteed\, and conditions may apply. \nFinal confirmation will be communicated in due time. \n \n\n⚠️ No-Show Policy (All Attendees\, including LSB MBA Students/Alumni) \nTo ensure fair use of limited seats and respect for program organization\, a fee of €50 will be charged to participants who do not attend without informing the Executive Education team in advance (less than 3 business days before the course). \nBy completing the registration process\, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this no-show policy. \n\nFaculty\nDr Andrijana Mušura Gabor is a psychologist and behavioural scientist specialising in decision-making and behaviour change. Her work applies behavioural science to sustainable change across mobility\, energy\, and health.
