Tuition and Financing

The Master in Management is an investment that will pay dividends for years to come.

The Master in Management program tuition fee is EUR 9,000 per year. The combined total for the two-year program is EUR 18,000. Tuition fees do not cover the cost of textbooks.

For Non-EU Citizens who need a Visa to study in Luxembourg, the total amount of tuition should be paid before the start of the program.

Tuition Payment Schedule for the Master in Management Program

EUR 4,000Registration fees – to be paid upon admission of a student into the program.
EUR 4,000To be paid before the start of the first semester.
EUR 4,000To be paid before the start of the second semester.
EUR 4,000To be paid before the start of the third semester.
EUR 2,000To be paid before the start of the fourth semester.

Candidates who get enrolled before the 20th May 2020 can access a 5% discount

Candidates who pay the full tuition in one installment will receive a 10% discount

Financing

Students can use a loan to finance the tuition fees of the Master in Management program. Please note the Luxembourgish governmental institution CEDIES can also grant loans at low-interest rates.

From CEDIES: ‘’Centre de Documentation & Info sur l’Enseignement Supérieur’’ can grant basic and social criteria scholarships for students in higher or university education. We advise candidates to visit their website (cedies.public.lu) for more information about the available scholarships.

The Luxembourgish state provides scholarships and a student loan to anyone enrolled in higher education and fulfilling certain conditions.

Application deadlines

  • August 1 to November 30 (winter semester)
  • January 1 to April 30 (summer semester)

Scholarships and Student loan available at CEDIES

  • Basic grant: € 1,025.- per semester
  • Scholarship on social criteria: up to € 1,947 per semester

Household income defines the part allocated in the form of scholarship. The part not allocated in the form of a grant may be added to the student loan.

  1. Mobility grant: 1 255.- € per semester
    The mobility grant is granted to you if you follow studies outside your country of residence and pay rent.
  2. Family scholarship: 256.- € per semester
    The family scholarship is granted to you if other children of the household carry out higher education eligible for financial assistance. The family scholarship is paid only once during the studies.
  3. Student loan, optional: 3,250.- € per semester
    You can benefit from the scholarship without having to contract student loans.
  4. Registration fees: maximum 3,700.- € per academic year (50% in the form of a grant and 50% in the form of a loan)

Registration fees exceeding € 100 are reimbursed up to a maximum amount of € 3,700. The refundable amount will be reimbursed 50% in the form of a grant and 50% in the form of a loan– The loan is optional.

Scholarship

A limited number of scholarships are available from Luxembourg School of Business.

Merit-based Scholarship

Students can apply for the scholarship only after completing the whole application process on our website, submitting your documents and paying the 100 euros fees. The Scholarship can cover up to 50% of the tuition fees.

Scholarship criteria are based on evidence of potential success in the MiM program, based on 

  • Academic record
  • References
  • Letter of motivation 
  • Financial need (the financial need aspect will be judged based on the student’s parents’ annual revenue proof)
