The Master in Management attracts self-driven young university graduates with strong academic records and work ethics.

Who do we look for?

The Master in Management is designed for young graduates who want to pursue professional careers in the corporate world, banking, consulting, government institutions and NGOs. Candidates should demonstrate a strong capacity to operate in a fast-changing international context.

Admission Requirement

An undergraduate degree (Bachelor degree or equivalent) from a recognized college or university with a minimum of 180 ECTS in any field of study (engineering, social sciences, sciences, business, economics, arts, etc.). 

Fluency in English

If you are not a native English speaker, please provide proof of English proficiency: Transcript of your TOEFL Score (Minimum Requirement: Paper Based: 550, Internet Based: 85) or IELTS Score (Minimum Requirement: 6.5) – B2 Level. 

If you are a native English speaker, or you have received a university degree exclusively taught in English, you do not need to submit proof of English proficiency.

Admission Process

Online Application

Complete the online application form on www.luxsb.lu/master-in-management/apply.

Upload supporting documentation:

  • Current CV 
  • A one-page essay about your career plan and motivation to complete the MiM
  • Letter of recommendation (academic or professional)
  • Undergraduate transcripts
  • Proof of English proficiency

Pay the application fee of EUR 100.

Assessment

Students will take an online analytical test designed to assess their critical thinking skills. 

Interview

Pre-selected candidates will be invited for an interview with the Admissions Committee of the Master in Management program. 

Students are encouraged to discuss their background, motivation, and career plans during this interview.

At the request of the student, this interview can be conducted in person or virtually via Skype.

Decision

The Admissions Committee makes the final decision for admission to LSB’s Master in Management program. Candidates will be informed of the outcome by email and a formal letter.
