Dr. Dino Dogan

Dr. Dino Dogan is an experienced executive and a professor of Management at the Luxembourg School of Business. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications and media sectors. Dino has worked 10 years with Alcatel in their German subsidiary and in their Paris headquarters. In the Telekom Austria Group, he acted as the CFO of their Croatian subsidiary and as CFO of Mobilkom Austria, overseeing and implementing the merger with Telekom Austria to create Austria’s largest telecommunications operator – A1 Telekom Austria.

Louis de Schorlemer

Louis de Schorlemer, a Luxembourg national, is Managing Partner with Corporate Diplomat, a consultancy dedicated to communications for Mergers & Acquisitions he founded in 2017 after an extensive career in corporate communications. In 2016, Louis joined Sibelco, a mining company, and established the central communications function in his role as Head of Corporate Communications. Between 2013 and 2016, he served as Manager Corporate Communications with Cargill for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Today, Louis serves on the Supervisory Board of Villeroy & Boch AG in Germany and is on the Advisory Board of Lift Me Off, a UK-Luxembourg based start-up enabling in-orbit satellite servicing. Prior, he served as a non-executive director to Gault & Millau in Paris, France.
