Christophe Douche is the Managing Director of Carne Group, and Group Head of Risk and Valuations. Carne Group has established itself in the funds’ industry with $1tn in AUM supported by 650+ staff and four regulated management companies serving more than 550+ traditional and alternative asset management clients. Christophe has been in Luxembourg since 1998 with a long career in compliance, risk and portfolio management in middle and large-size companies.
Changing roles is something Christophe adopts as a personal strategy, and also something he encourages for his own team members. More about this in the panel discussion.
Alessia Codiglione is an LSB MBA Alumni (Class of ‘17), and is currently a Financial Controller and FICO SAP Expert for Post Group, having started her career at Post in 2012 as a Middleware Administrator. Post Group Luxembourg, as one of the largest employers of the country, has over 4700 employees and provides postal and banking services, as well as fixed and mobile services. Ms. Codiglione will speak of what prompted her to seek a change in her career.
Andrew Notter is a Partner at Anderson Wise since 2019, and previous to that was the Managing Director of Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg and B&C Brussels. Anderson Wise Luxembourg recruits within the Financial Services and Commerce & Industry sectors, mainly focussed on roles in Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Risk, Legal, HR and Sales. Mr. Notter is also Vice Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg. He will speak of his observations from three perspectives: the hiring company, the recruiter, and the prospective employee.
