Dr. Roger Warburton, Ph.D., PMP, is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Administrative Sciences at Boston University’s Metropolitan College where he taught graduate courses in Project Management to non-traditional students, both online and in the classroom. Roger is also the author of the Project Management Textbook: The Art and Science of Project Management (2014). Roger’s research in Project Management produced new methods for cost and schedule estimation and tracking. With Denis Cioffi, he wrote the paper that laid the foundation for modern schedule estimation. The methods are simple and useful for practicing professionals.
