For safety reasons, all the Executive Education classes are held in line with the WHO and Luxembourg Ministry of Health guidelines. The size of the group is limited to 25 participants.

Building resilience has been picked up as one of the top ten topics for the year 2020 by Global Human Capital Trends and is considered to affect well-being and future success. How do you react to stress, what stresses you in the private and work situations, and how do you unwind and deal with emotions? Knowing answers to these questions prepares you for the VUCA world and a complex future. Understanding how stress affects managers can distinguish great managers that can sustain in difficult times and arise from the problems quicker and wiser.

This seminar will help you better understand how you react to stress and what can you do to build future resilience so you can take charge of building an environment that will improve well-being practices for you and the people around you.
