Knowing answers to these questions prepares you for the VUCA world and a complex future. Understanding how stress affects managers can distinguish great managers that can sustain in difficult times and arise from the problems quicker and wiser.
This seminar will help you better understand how you react to stress and what can you do to build future resilience so you can take charge of building an environment that will improve well-being practices for you and the people around you.
